Kathleen Padulo, Director of Environment: Oversees and provides direction on all files of the Environment Sector, as well as serving as the Regional Water Coordinator and member of the Joint Committee on Climate Action.
Ryan Bowie, Associate Director of Environment: Supports the Director and provides additional oversight, with current focus on the COO Environment Sector’s Great Lakes Program and Impact Assessment Toolkit.
Lillian Trapper, Environment Manager: Lillian works mainly on climate change and biodiversity directives passed by Chiefs in Assembly. She also works closely with the Assembly of First Nations on a myriad of environment files.
Sylvia Plain, Policy Analyst: Sylvia brings international policy experience advocating for her community and serving on human rights committees at the United Nations to her work on Great Lakes at COO.
Abraham Francis, Senior Policy Analyst: Dedicated to creating positive change through the field of environmental science and community engagement, Abraham’s current focus at COO is Great Lakes protection and restoration.
